THE STORY
From Disappointment to Mission.
Founder Jeremy grew up with real caviar, Caspian region caviar as it should taste: fresh, complex, simply good. When he later searched for this quality on the European market, he found pasteurized mass-produced caviar from Far East Asia instead, often without recognizable origin or character.
That was the moment Caspian Blue was born. Not as a business idea, but as a reaction to a market that seemed to have forgotten what real caviar tasted like.

Started small. Grown with conviction.
Caspian Blue started as a small idea in Vienna. Jeremy made personal contacts with European and Persian breeders, personally selected each variety, and even delivered the first orders himself. No large-scale operation, just a commitment to quality and a direct connection to the community.
Today, Caspian Blue delivers throughout Austria and Germany. This growth wasn't driven by traditional advertising, but by genuine enthusiasm: a community rediscovering and recommending caviar.
